Re-Gifters by Mike Carey

Dixie is a Korean teen who is talented at hapkido, but who lets herself get distracted by her crush on Adam, the other local hapkido star, right before the big national tournament. While it's nice to see a female protagonist who can literally kick butt, this graphic novel's pluses didn't rise above its predictability. NAY.

I agree with Karrie. This GN was very predictible and I found it hard to finish. The illustrations didn't do much to enhance the story either. A big NAY for me.

This was better than I expected, but it was still predictable, the art was kind of blah and there was just not enought of a story. So, I say NAY.

Fun to read about a girl who kicks butt, might get teens interested in martial arts (what is hapkido?) but I agree with the others about predictability and not enough content - NAY.

Nay for me too, but I guess we already dropped this one.
